Principal Associate Pam Morgan is a qualified coach, senior learning and development professional and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with extensive experience in developing services, teams, and individuals. Her experience includes the corporate and charity sectors, local government and further, continuing and higher education. Roles undertaken have included leading learning and development services, design and delivery of learning development programmes for all staff groups, management of assessment and training centres, organisational development and change management consultancy. 

 

Pam's professional credentials include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development, Certificate in Education and Chartered Fellowship of the Institute for Personnel and Development (IPD). Pam holds various City and Guilds accredited trainer, coach, assessor and verifier awards, has completed the Roffey Park Facilitation Skills Programme and holds the British Psychological Society's Certificate of Competence levels A & B.

 

Pam is accredited to use a range of psychometric profiling tools including Margerison-McCann, Saville and Holdsworth ability and personality tests and Belbin. Pam is also licensed to deliver the award-winning women's development programme Springboard.

 

Pam has a current Enhanced DBS Certificate, enabling her to work on a one to one basis with vulnerable adults.

Bridget (Wilkinson) Duell B.Sc. (Hons) PgDPM Chartered FCIPD SFHEA ACIM

Principal Associate, Bridget is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and maths graduate. She has extensive strategic and operational experience of human resources, organisational development and staff development within the education, public and charity sectors. Strategic roles have included Head of Engagement, Head of Organisational Development and Head of Reward for the University of Southampton and HR Manager for Southampton's Local Education Authority.

 

Bridget has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, a calm can-do attitude and a naturally open and honest style. She is happy and confident to work both at the strategic and grassroots level as needed to get the job done, supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential and realise their goals.

 

Due to Bridget's theatrical experience, she also leads our unique Murder Mystery Team Building Days.

Paul Duell DipNEBOSH Grad IOSH


Paul is an experienced health and safety professional whose career has taken him to the manufacturing, agricultural, private, public and voluntary sectors as well as the emergency services. Paul specialising in risk assessment; contractor management;  preparation and delivery of bespoke health and safety training and the preparation and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.


Paul is a qualified fire risk assessor and a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. He holds the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Environmental Management.
