Interpersonal and Communication Skills 


Purpose of the workshop: To develop the skills and behaviours required to ensure you feel confident and be ready to deal with anyone in any situations.


Learning outcomes: By the end of the workshop you will:

  • understand why effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to achieve your goals. 
  • have identified your preferred communication style and be aware of its' impact on your success
  • be aware of the pros and cons of different communication methods and styles.
  • understand the power of, and have practised, 'Active Listening'
  • appreciate the importance of body language and tone of voice when communicating
  • have practised effective communication in a variety of situations. 
  • leave with an action plan that will continue to improve your existing skills
  • have access to ongoing support via the Morgan Duell Learning Group
